Make a referral

If you are looking for a service for someone who requires specialist neurological care, the team at Enable Care provide a free, comprehensive assessment.

Enable Care offers a free assessment for all referrals that meet our admission criteria. We will ensure that an assessment is arranged within 48 hours of a referral being made and that the assessment report is available within 7 days.

Our admission criteria:

  • People aged between 18 and 65 years of age
  • Require rehabilitation or ongoing care for an acquired brain injury or neurological condition

If we feel that we are unable to offer a placement we will make alternative suggestions wherever possible.
