Enable Care Home is looking for individuals who have a warm, friendly and empathetic nature with a natural flare to engage and encourage people.  Is communication, organisation and team work something you excel at?  If so, becoming a Lifestyles Coordinator with us could be perfect for you.

As part of the home team, the Lifestyle Team is responsible for planning and delivering a range of social activities and lifestyle choices for our residents, focused on providing a personalised experience for every individual resident.  We want our residents to live a purposeful and meaningful life which improves overall health and wellbeing. We place emphasis on ensuring our resident’s families are supported and engaged in life at our home and this is very much a part of a Lifestyle Co-Ordinator’s role.

All our Lifestyle Coordinators attend our ‘Every Connection Counts’ training programme that provides an approach to ensuring all residents are engaged on a daily basis, their emotional and social needs are fulfilled and they receive exceptional care and support.
