Health Care Assistant

Salary: £10.50 - £12.50 per hour

Location: Sewardstone, London

You’ll become an invaluable part of our residents’ daily lives when you join 1 Sewardstone Close as a Health Care Assistant.  You don’t need to have experience; we’ll give you the skills and training you need to be successful in this important role.  You’ll be caring, kind, reliable and very focussed on providing the best possible care to people living with acquired brain injuries (ABI).

Your role at Enable Care

As our Health Care Assistant, you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and also getting around and enjoying our lovely home.  Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents and you will get to know everything about their likes and dislikes as well as their needs. Here’s some other important things you need to know:

  • You must be alert at all times to our residents’ physical and mental well being
  • You will help maintain our high standards ensuring our residents’ home is always clean and safe
  • This is a challenging but very rewarding role. Our residents have high care needs and so will rely on the care and support you provide.

At 1 Sewardstone Close, Enable Care we provide specialist nursing care and rehabilitation services for people who are living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or other neurological conditions, and need support and assistance to rebuild key life skills so they can lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.
