1 Sewardstone Close says ‘No’ to Upstart Pudding!

We are so passionate about our puddings, that we decided to put the Jubilee Platinum Pudding to the test!

Our home chef, Kasia says: “The winning lemon swiss roll and amaretti trifle looks delicious but it’s very complicated to make!”

So, Kasia whipped up a selection of popular desserts for our residents and team to taste – and put them to the vote here at our specialist nursing care and rehabilitation home in Waltham Abbey, Essex. “This has been such fun to do – and of course to eat!”, says our home manager, Marie.

After much deliberation, we are proud to announce that our official ‘Queen of the Puds’ is the cheesecake as championed here by resident Ricky. A pudding fit for a queen in our eyes!
