Enable Care provides specialist care at our home, 1 Sewardstone Close, for residents between the ages of 18 and 65 years with an ABI or other complex neurological conditions.
The service is aimed at those who have completed their acute rehabilitation and now require further care and rehabilitation in a non-clinical setting. Our services include nursing care and rehabilitation services.
We offer services to people with different levels of physical or cognitive ability. Our high quality nursing and clinical teams are able to support and manage a variety of complex needs.
Placement Types
A number of different placement types are available, including nursing and rehabilitation placements, as well as respite or interim placements and a residents stay with us is dependent on the circumstances of each resident and their specific goals. Before a resident makes 1 Sewardstone Close their home, we undertake a comprehensive assessment of needs to ensure the right level of care and placement type is provided.
