Rehabilitation Services

We have an expert team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists required for residents to continue to build on their existing skills but in a slower, lower intensity environment than the acute phase of rehabilitation. Adopting a multi-disciplinary approach, we also work with retained psychologists and psychiatrists who also have strong connections with community-based health care services. A person-centred approach to care planning helps every resident maintain their rehabilitation goals and gives them opportunities to lead richer lives.
